Thens licenor observed cooked rice and beans being eated by several children. These items were brought by the parents in the children's lunchboxes in the morning. They were not refrigerated by the staff. Staff are not consistently checking children's lunches upon morning drop-off to see if they contain items that need to be refrigerated.

Medication authorization forms were not observed to be stored with any of the medications stored on-site. Two epipens were observed stored at child level in the Dolphin and Starfish classrooms.

First aid kits, which are inside the Grab N Go backpacks, are accessible to children in most classrooms because they are stored on a hook that the children can reach. They are also stored on low hooks in the outdoor play area.

Hand sanitizer was accessible to children in Sharks and Starfish classrooms. It was made inaccessible to children today.

Except for Sharks classroom, door alarms/sensors on classroom doors were not activated and did not chime when opened today. Double doors leading to unlicensed space and elevator had an alarm that was also not activated/on.
