In a preschool room, the cubbies were in poor condition and had chipped paint. In this same room, and outlet had a burn/scorch mark on it.

In the kitchen, the dishwasher was observed to be filled with approximately 2" of standing water that was orange in color. In the Discovery Preschool room, it was observed that the window was opened more than 3.5"
