On the toddler playground, it was observed that many plastic toddler slides and climbers were placed in the woodchip area. The fall zone requirements were not followed for these items. On the older playground, the distance from the ground to the support bar for the swings measured to 79". The fall zone distance for all 3 swings did not meet requirements in regards to having the fall zone blocked by other parts of the climbing equipment, or that the woodchips did not extend the entire length of the fall zone.
