At the time of the onsite monitor visit, there were two window shades in the Room 122 Pre-K classroom that had control chains capable of forming a loop at least 8" wide and accessible to children present. At the time of the onsite monitor visit, there were two electrical cords that were at least 2' long, capable of forming a loop around a child's neck, and accessible to children present near the art area in classroom 122 (Pre-K). At the time of the onsite monitor visit, the GFCI outlets in the cafeteria bathroms (boys and girls) were GFCI but not tamper-resistant.

At the time of the onsite monitor visit, there was a bottle of Poo-pouri present and accessible in the PreK classrooms' shared bathroom. The shared kitchenette between the two pre-k classrooms was also accessible to children present, where 3-step sanitizing bottles were stored and accessible to children.
