There was a pack of Kirkland cleansing wipes labeled "keep out of the reach of children" that were accessible to the children in the bathroom of this classroom. There was a pack of Kirkland cleansing wipes on the counter of the 3s and 4s classroom that was accessible to the children. There was also a container of Clorox disinfectant wipes (lemon scented) and a container of Lysol wipes (labeled "keep out of the reach of children") in an unlocked cupboard under the sink that were accessible to the children. There was a Swiffer WetJet that was accessible to the children in the JK classroom. There was a pack of Huggies wipes labeled "keep out of the reach of children" on a counter that was also accessible to the children.
