(4) There was a carton of milk in the fridge of the 'Toddler A' classroom that was not labeled with the date it was opened. (4) There was a bag of shredded cheese in the fridge in the kitchen that was in it's original packaging and was rolled closed and not sealed or dated with the date it was opened.

(2)(a)(b) The door to the storage room in the hallway does not have a locking mechanism.
