An early learning provider employed by the Center suspected a child was being physically and sexually abused by her father. The employee's suspicion of abuse and neglect occurred the first week of July, July 8th and July 28th. However, the provider did not report the suspected abuse to CPS Intake, nor did she ensure a report had been made, until July 29th.
