It was observed that the director did not create a board with all required postings, including those outlined in 110-300-0505(1)(2) WAC, such as the floor plan, emergency numbers, poison center toll-free number, No smoking/Vaping sign, license certificate, etc. Additionally, diaper changing/stand-up diaper changing posters must be posted near the diaper changing areas.
