A faucet on the ground creates a tripping hazard. 3f) the individual cubby systems were not secured to the wall, creating a potential for tipping. 3g) outdoor wood was seen with chipping paint. broken pieces of plastic were seen in the sand box. 5a) Two outlets were seen in the toddler room not TR. 5b) The outlet at the prep sink was not TR but was GFCI type.”
