2b) The toddler classrooms had chairs around the tables that were intended for children over 3 years old. Both classrooms also had other materials and equipment that was not developmentally approriate for use by toddlers.

1) A rubbery base board in toddler 2 is lifting off on each end. 2a) many items in the toddler classroom on low shelves accessible to children were made up of small pieces that pose a choking hazard. 3a) the wooden trim along the floor in classroom 3 was chipping and splintered in several areas. 3f) Both toddler classrooms had shelving that posed a tipping hazard as they were not anchored to the wall. Each classroom has a play kitchen which also poses a tipping hazard since they are not secured to the wall. 5f) an extension cord was used for the microwave to be plugged into, which dangled over the reception wall, accessible to children along the exit pathway. This was unplugged at the time of the visit with the microwave being plugged directly into the outlet behind the microwave.

3c) a rainbow mat was placed at the main exit door of toddler 2 classroom, preventing the door from opening. This rug was removed immediately.

The tall sink in preschool 1 stopped running water while licensor tried to check the water temperature. The sink in Toddler 1 did not provide warm water. 6/25/24 Kevin fixed both sink issues immediately.

In the toddler classroom a water table had a wooden surface where the edges were no longer sealed. This created exposed pressed wood that was bubbling up, no longer moisture resistant and able to be cleaned and sanitized appropriately.
