Licensor observed an infant sleeping in the bouncy seat and the teacher was rocking the infant with her foot as she was bottle feeding another child who was sitting on her lap.

The Licensor observed a cord from the fan on the wall that went around the shelf and formed a loop. The cord must be secured to the wall to prevent hazard to children. 0165 (2) (d) The licensor observed a cabinet in the infant room that needed a child-proof lock. The cabinet contained liquid soap and plastic bags. 0165 (3) (c) The Licensor observed that on the way the children take to the playground there is a shed with broken doors, inside the shed there are shovels and other gardening and landscaping equipment accessible to children. Outside of the shed there were several wheelbarrows that also need to be made inaccessible to children.

The licensor observed a closet containining extra supplies of soap, plastic bags unlocked and left the sliding door open making prohibited objects accessible to the children. The storage has locks but on Wednesdays when community dinners are prepared by the elders, they keep them unlocked. The Licensor advised talking witht he senoors about locking the doors in between uses especially due to the fact that the cabinet is on the pathway that children take to the PreK bathroom.

There was a rodent trap in a restroom that would be labeled "keep out of reach of children" in a location that could be accessible to children. The cleaning and sanitizing supplies in restoom could potentially be accessible to preschool children's reach due to low placement on wall.
