3a) classrooms were not completely set up. Drawers were seen to have hazards contained with in them to include push pins. 3d) the laundry room is accessed through the kitchen. Neither door has a lock to prevent child access. 3a and b) The outlets throughout the facility are not TR. The outlets in the bathrooms are not GFCI and TR type.
