Program has a cleaning schedule but did not appear to be followeed. There was no spray bottles observed for the main child care space. Assistant, S.H could not find the spray bottles for the main space during the visit. Restroom toilet seat and lid was up when the licensor arrived to the home. During the inspection the licensor observed dark brown substance (possible BM) on the lid. The licensor inspected the restroom then asked about the spray bottles which were located in the locked cabinet under the sink. Licensor asked assistant and provider whom had come in the restroom what was on the toilet seat and the provider thought the licensor was referencing inside the toilet where the water rings were. The licensor pointed and referenced the seat and asked if it was BM provider replied she was not sure. Licensor requested that they clean it off using the 3 step process. Licensor left out of the restroom.

Cording for printer was secured during the visit. The walls of the space had been repainted so equipment cording had been unplugged and not plugged back in. The equipment for the Xfinity box and televison were plugged in but is loose and needs securing. Water was too hot at 128.5 provider informed licensor they had just replaced the water heater at the home.

Kits were missing ace bandage and manual. Provider went and purchased Ace bandages during the visit after picking up children from school and showed the licensor. Licensor informed her to make sure that she puts one with the kit in the car.
