There was a bag of Pure Epson Salt labeled "keep out of the reach of children" in the bathtub in the downstairs bathroom that was accessible to the children. There was a Clorox wipes container, a pack of Huggies wipes, a Clorox bleach foamer bottle, and a hydrogen peroxide bottle labeled "keep out of the reach of children" in the cabient under the sink that was unlocked and accessible to the children. There was a container of bleach, a bottle of charcoal lighter fluid, and a container of foaming garbage disposal cleaner labeled "keep out of the reach of children" in the cabinet under the kitchen sink that was accessible to the children due to not being locked and the baby gate being open.
