O26O(5) The licensor observed a leaf blower stored on top of the kitchen counter. When asked about the item, the provider stated that she used the blower to remove wood chips from the concrete area. The licensor provided guidance that outdoor maintenance equipment, such as a leaf blower, should not be stored on kitchen counters or food preparation surfaces due to the potential for introducing dirt, debris, or contaminants into areas where food is prepared or stored. The provider was advised to store the leaf blower in an appropriate designated location away from kitchen surfaces to maintain a clean and sanitary environment and reduce the risk of cross-contamination. . The licensor observed that a child with documented food allergies to eggs, peanuts, and dairy had a food plan in place for appropriate substitutes. However, the Individual Care Plan (ICP) was incomplete and did not include critical information regarding the child’s special diagnosis, symptoms, prescribed medication, known triggers, or an emergency response plan. 0186 (2) Licensor observed the section for suggested medication training was not completed, and required information was missing from both the parent and the child’s healthcare provider. Additionally, there was no documentation of parental training regarding the preparation or administration of thickened liquids.
