110-300-0260(1)(a) - The dishwasher located under the sink in the kitchen was accessible to children. Containers with kerosene were observed in the shed, also accessible to children. 110-300-0260(a)(b) - The storage area located outside did not have a locking mechanism on the door to prevent children's access.

110-300-0166(3)(a) - The emergency exit door located in the dining area was observed locked from the inside. 110-300-0166(3)(b) - The exit door located outside and not designated as an emergency exit was observed wide open during the inspection visit.

110-300-0165(2)(d) - A roll of plastic bags was observed in the drawer under the sink, accessible to children. 110-300-0165(2)(f) - There were no stickers or posters on the sliding glass door located in the dining area. 110-300-0165(3)(a) - Several nails were exposed on the second section of the fence from the shed and on the garden bed near the shed. 110-300-0165(3)(c) - The fourth section of the fence from the shed had a broken board on the top with very sharp edges. 110-300-0165(3)(e) - The gray material in front of the playground structure created a tripping hazard. 110-300-0165(3)(d) - The large compost container, located outside near the second exit to the right of the building, was accessible to children and posed a risk of entrapment. 110-300-0165(3)(g) - Flaking paint was observed on several sections of the fence near the shed. 110-300-0165(4)(e) - The water temperature in the bathroom sink was measured at 121.6 degrees Fahrenheit.

110-300-0145(11) - The observed emergency gate was not self-closing. 110-300-0145(7) - The licensed outdoor area had a gate that was left wide open during licensed hours, allowing unauthorized individuals to enter the area. 110-300-0145(8) - The fence to the left from the gate had a gap with a diameter of 6 inches, and the self-closing gate had a gap of 4 inches. The fifth section of the fence near the shed had the top detached from section four. The white boarders installed underneath the balcony consisted of two pannels not ttached to each other creating a gap inbetwen.
