2a) Toddlers are in care. Small plastic balls the size of golf balls or smaller are available to the the children as seen on the floor and in buckets. Small hair clips are also seen on the floor and in buckets accesible to the children. Small blocks measuring 1.25 inchesx.25 inches are available to the children. 10/7/24- the balls were removed. 2b) blinds with pull cords are hanging on the windows in the den. The door to the den was not closed. There is a large opening in the wall between the den and the living room. The couch is placed under the opening. 10/7/24- the door was pulled closed 2c) there is a drawsting bag in a drawer with a large rip in it. There are electrical cords in the living room accessible to the children. There are charging cords dangling at the kitchen counter accessible to children. Outside there are landscape lights with loose cords. A roll of cord is also seen in the yard on a rusted spool. 10/7/24 the bag was removed. 2d) plastic bags are stored under the kitchen and bathroom sink and seen in a toy drawer, accessible to children.
