2) Training that the parents have provided to staff regarding the child's ICP for allergies has not been documented. 3a) benadryl was not labeled with the child's name, for whom it was for. The length of time to give Iburpofen for a different child was not indicated on a medication form (no start and stop dates). 3c) Benadryl was stored in a child's cubby, accessible to children. 8/9/23 the benadryl has been removed from the cubby to be inaccessible to children.

Tiejun Yu has not completed child care basics or the federally required health and safety trainings (medication managment, emergency prep, families experiencing homelessness, Abuse and Neglect/mandated reporting, or Head Trauma). She is working in an unsupervised capacity. It is not documented that Tiejun or Socheana Vun have completed the program's emergency prep training (review the disaster policy).
