It was observed that the older playground had 3 swingsets installed. The distance from the ground to the support bar was 8 feet. The distance from the middle of the swing to the back fenceline was 10 feet. This does not allow for double the height for proper fall zones.

Throughout the center, tall shelving units were not mounted to the wall In a preschool room, a star light was plugged into an extension cord. The classroom teacher stated that the lights are plugged into the extension cord for th e school day.
