3c) A plastic knob cover was seen to cover a knob of a door labled as an emergency exit. A swinging baby gate is permanently attached to the doorway of the playroom. It requires special knowledge to open. The doorway leads to the stairs going to the front door and the new play room. The doorway is blocked by this baby gate. 7/17/2023- the gate was removed. 7/13/23- the plastic knob cover was removed immediately from the door knob. 4c) the indoor window sill used as an emergency exit is higher than 44 inches from the ground without a platform. Under the window was blocked with equipment and materials. 7/17/2023 you switched out the tables to have a more strudy table under the window.
