It was observed that conditioner, hand sanitizer, and industrial adhesive were accessible to children in the bathroom and main hallway area. It was observed on the side of the yard, a storage shed and storage area by the shed were not locked and not made inaccessible to children.

It was observed that the back door was locked by the deadbolt and door handle.

It was observed that the storage area next to the shed had extension cords that were accessible to children. A garden hose was laid in the middle of the yard, posing a tripping hazard. On the side of the yard, 4 tires were stacked on top of each other and were leaning.

It was observed that the emergency exit gate was not self-closing and the latch was not in a condition where it would latch on it's own. It was observed that the fence planks were in poor condition and not nailed down to the bottom support bar. This caused some planks to bow out.
