A 2y/o child walked around with a lolli pop 6/27/24 the lolli pops will not be allowed, small toys have been removed, paper and other chiking hazards have been removed. 2c) the booster with many straps was placed on the floor accessible to children 6/27/24- The boost seat has been removed 2d) plastic bags were accessible to children in the bathroom, on the deck with pillows in it, plastic bag wrapper was on the ground by the toy box (the plastic bags in the bathroom were removed at the time of the inspection, the plastic wrap was removed by licensor) 6/27/24- the plastic bag on the deck has been removed 3g) the small crib had loose parts, some toys had chipping paint, the paint on the deck ralings and posts is chipping 6/27/24- th echipped paint toys have been removed 4e) the water temperature in the bathroom tested at l36 4f) it was said that the children play on the back deck only. The stairs on the upper level of the deck do not have a gate at the top or bottom between this level and the lower level deck. 5a) outlets in the small room and in the main play room were seen not tamper resistent.
