At the time of the onsite monitor visit, there were multiple plastic bags present on bottom shelves in the kitchen that were accessible to children. At the time of the onsite monitor visit, this licensor observed a fishing knife in an open face kitchen cabinet, approximately 5' high, which is an area accessible to the older children prensent. At the time of the onsite monitor visit, this licensor observed a sound machine that was on a window sill and had the cord hanging down within reach of an infant, posing a falling hazard. At the time of the onsite monitor visit, the kitchen ceiling was flaking and cracked. The kitchen is accessible to children in care. At the time of the onsite monitor visit, there was a power strip accessible to children in care in the living room.”
