During the inspection, this licensor observed three playground structures in the outdoor play area. The Little Tike climable slide structure and the bouldering climbable structure did not meet CPSC safety fall zone and ground surfacing guidelines. The Little Tike structure measured five feet from the edge of the playground instead of the required six feet. The ground surfacing woodchips under the bouldering structure measured 4.5-5 inches instead of the required 9 inches.
