Licensor observed cable wires behind front door in the front room of the desired licensed space. Areas of the fence surrounding the outdoor area has nails exposed with sharp edges. Piles of broken branches in several areas of the yard, have sharp edges. Licensor observed a drop space in the outdoor space that may cause entrapment and tripping hazard, right outside of what appears to be a tunnel door from the home. Outlet in the bathroom of the desired licensed space has an outet next to the sink that is GFCI type but not tamper-resistant .
