These are the most common types of emergencies in Snohomish County. -Methods to be used for sounding an alarm (such as yelling, a bell, a whistle) in addition to the natural alarm of the smoke detector -How the provider will evacuate children, especially those who cannot walk independently -Child medication and medication records must be taken when evacuating (in grab n go bag) -How the provider will account for all children (such as a head count) The Disaster/Emergenchy plan is not reviewed annually. Because the plan must be provided to parents at enrollment and reviewed annually by all staff, the provider may wish to add a signature page.
