In the back room that faces the front of the home there were loose cords that are acessible to the children. The door knob from the main room into the small hallway and side room (faces the back yard) has a very loose door handle, and it is accessible to the children. In the back room with the sliding door there were loose hanging cords that were acessible to children - it was corrected during the visit. There was a hanging cord in the main room -staff corrected during the visit. The backroom that faces the front yard has a loose and wiggly outlet. The back rooom that faces the front yard has 3 outlets that are not TPR, and they had slider shutters that are in the stuck open position.

There was a bottle of bleach under the sink and was accessible to children - provider removed during the visit. The new infant bathroom has cleaning materials, mops and brooms in the shower and are accessible to the children. The 2 bathrooms have toilet brushes that are accessible to the children.

There is a shade with a pull cord located in the "science room." There was loose garland and lights strung over the Reading/quiet nook. The lights were plugged into a extension cord and they were all capable of forming a loop - The provider removed while licensors were present. There were plastic bags stored under the sink in the bathroom - the provider removed during the visit. When entering the playground, a loose brick was seen located near the gate for the back yard, creating a potential tripping hazard. There was a large knife in the kitchen sink. A 2 step, step stool was in place at the kitchen sink which made the knife accessible to the children - the provider removed during the visit. The child cubbies are not secured to the wall posing a hazard of tipping over. A light fixture in the hallway does not have a cover over the bulb which states it contains mercury. The outlet outside at the backdoor had a cover which was stuck up, exposing the outlet - The provider corrected while licensors were present. There were 2 outlets in the "science room" that were stuck in the open position. There was an outlet in the main room near the door to enter the hallway/nap room that was stuck in the open position.
