There is not a barrier on the mat or over the mat that is moisture resistant/water resistant. The mats were stored in a closet area and were touching. There were other overnight mats that were still enclosed in plastic packing but they were stored on top of the mats that are currently without a barrier between and being used for the 3 overnight care children.”
