The gate leaving the deck has a gate that is not consistently self latching. Depending how far it opens it may bounce and not latch. The latching system sticks when attempting to open it and stick sometimes preventing it from dropping down.

lotion and teeth whitening kit were under the bathroom sink in a cabinet accessible to children. They were removed immediately after licensor pulled it out.

Two cribs are available for infant napping. They currently do not have infants enrolled and do not use the 2 cribs that are set up in the infant napping room. There is not a certificate of compliance available for the Dream On Me cribs.

There are 6 windows with blinds that have loops in the licensed space. There are 5 windows in unlicensed with blinds that accessible to the children. There are cable wires in the back yard that are loose and capable of forming loops and accessible to the children The back yard deck has some raised boards that are tripping hazards. The crib has flaking paint. The water temperature registered at 123.7.
