WAC 110-300-0165(2)(b): Window blinds in bedroom intended for infants have inner cords that are capable of forming a loop, will need to be removed. WAC 110-300-0165(4)(f): Stairway indoors that lead to unlicensed space will need to have a safety gate to make inaccessible to children. Stairway in outdoor space will need to either need to be made inaccessibe with secure barrier or hand rails added that meet WAC 110-300-0165(4) : WAC 110-300-0165(3)(e) Uneven walkway in beginning of emergency exit pathway, ground will need to be leveled to prevent tripping hazard. Stepping stool or similar mechanism will need to be added to end of emergency exit pathway to ensure safe exit for children and staff.
