There is a large "dresser/cabinet" that is being use to hold the microwave along with other items and itis not securely anchored. This same "dresser/cabinet" also has flaking paint. The garbage can in the bathroom was rusty. The water temperature registered at 137 degrees. The gate at the bottom of the stairs was not installed properly and was not latching. There was an extension cord in the backyard.
