110-300-0505(f) Provider explained she did a pesticide treatment on the house a couple months prior to licensor visit, children were not present but provider didn't send letter home to families. 110-300-0505(iv) no poisen center numbers were posted in home,(i) no 911 or emergency service number posted, (v) no child protective services were posted, (h) location of emergency and medical information for children and staff posted, (f) Provider explained she did a pesticide treatment on the house a couple of month prior to licensor visit, children were not present but provider didn't send letter home to families, (k) No smoking sign not posted.
