Plastic bags accessible to children in the bathroom. Sliding glass door didn't have stickers on the lower half. Washer and dryer in the bathroom were not locked. One of the temper resistant outlets was broken. Other outlets had plug ins which are chocking hazards. Outside licensed play area had string lights whose cords were dangling loose and accessible to children.
