A bench in the preschool classroom is covered with carpet which is freying, and screws loose creating pinch points. (This was removed immediately) A sensory table is locate outside. The wood is swollen, seperated, and molding. It is no longer a smooth surface, finished surface. A toy box in the infant classroom has peeling vinyl. Several areas of siding outside in the playground is observed to have large areas of chipping paint and splintering boards. A bag used for child's individual storage is observed to have a large hole in it. (This was removed immediately) Diaper pad surfaces are peeling. Adult sized chairs were observed to have ripped surfaces and missing foam arm rests. Window sills and doors/door frames were observed to have chipping paint. A sink cabinet in the toddler classroom was observed to have trip ripped off, poking out and a chunk missing from a corner to expose particle board.
