WAC 110-300-0165(2)(a): TR cups were observed on all outlets instead of TR covers. WAC 110-300-0165(3)(e): Several tripping hazards were observed outside in the play area to the left and right of the house, including the cemented stairway leading from the house to the play area. WAC 110-300-0165(4)(e): The water temperature in the bathroom sink was measured at 131 degrees Fahrenheit. WAC 110-300-0165(5)(a): Outlets throughout the house were lacking TR covers. WAC 110-300-0165(5)(b): The outlet located in the bathroom was of the GFCI type but lacked a TR protector installed on it.
