It was observed that a pacifier was set on a shelf in the diapering area without being in a protective case. The provider reports that she washes the bathroom floor 2 times a week, and uses only vinegar to clean the diapering pad.

It was observed that the program had toddler slides that were palced over grass. The slides were placed approximately 1 foot apart.

On the bathroom counter, hand sanitizer and lotion was accesible to children. By the BBQ grill, charcoal bricks were observed to be accessible to children. In the backyard, on the side of the house were truck tires and gardening tools, among other items. This area was accesible to children.
