Stickers or children's art work has not been placed on sliding glass door to prevent chidldren from accidentally walking into the door. A secondary refigerator/freezer combo. was accessible to children in the garage. The door to the garage was not locked or latched. It was locked prior to my departure. The edge of a large indoor rug has curled up and is a tripping hazard. The stone patio and walkway outside has uneven stones, and lacks gravel between the stones, creating numerous tripping hazards. The indoor air thermostat, and this licensor's thermometer showed the temperature as 66 degrees.
