Dishwasher detergent, and other kitchen cleaners are stored under the kitchen sink. The cabinet is not secured, and the kitchen gates remained open during the visit. A bottle of clorox wipes was located on a low classroom shelf accessible to the children. Licensor moved the bottle of wipes to a high kitchen counter so they were out of the reach of children. Bottles of shampoo/body wash were on the low ledge of the tub within reach of children. 2a) small magnets are on a white board placed on the ground, accessible to children. Removed immediately. 2c) a white speaker is placed on the floor, plugged into an outlet. The cord is accessible to children. Removed immediately 3g) a pink chair has a ripped surface and is stained. A book shelf is wobbly. vent in the bathroom is rusted with chipping paint. 5a) the room next to the front door has an outlet with shutters on it. One shutter is stuck in the open position, no longer automaticaly closing.

2a) the flashlight and extra batteries were not easily available in licensed space 2b) a back up power source for the cell phones is not available in licensed space. 3a) the front door automatically locks. This is one of the main emergency exits. 3c) the nap room door is blocked from fully opening due to a rug placed inside the room. 4b) the living room next to the front door is used as licensed space. It only has one exit.

Snack foods are no longer stored in their original container. They have been placed in an air tight animal cracker container, not clearly labeled with dates or what it is. Provider made pork meat balls and placed in the freezer in a zip lock bag, but did not clearly label the bags with contents.
