During the time of inspection, licensor observed outdoor fences accessible to children, tall bushes with hard stems, some with thorns accessible to children. This area will need to be maintainenced to avoid punctures and/or cuts etc.

WAC 110-300-0165(2)(c): Thin rope/strings observed on two sections of the outdoor fences, appears to be over 15ft long, a portion wrapped around the fence and some hanging. This poses risk of strangulation. WAC 110-300-0165(3)(a): Broken piece of wood, near outdoor stairs have 5 nails with sharp edges exposed, accessible to children.

WAC 110-300-0165(2)(b): Window blinds with pulll cords observed by licensor in two room in desired licensed space, will need to be removed. WAC 110-300-0165(2)(c): Licensor observed large cord used for electric car charge is loose and accessible to children. WAC 110-300-0165(3)(a): Outdoor space has black berry bushes with thorns in several areas of the back yard, other holly-like bush with thorns found in the back of the yard as well, all will need to be removed. WAC 110-300-0165(4)(e): Water in bathroom is 124.2 degrees, checked by licensor. WAC 110-300-0165(4)(f): Stairways in outdoor space has slats are 3.5 inches.
