There were several large rocks with sharp edges in the backyard, and they are accessible to the children. There are trees in the backyard that have very sharp thorns and they are accessible to the children. The down spout in the backyard has sharp edges, and it is accessible to the children. There are serveral broken lights, a stake, with sharp edges located throughout the back yard, and they are accessible to the children. The outlets in the childcare areas had plastic covers - applicant removed during the visit. The outlet in the bathroom is not tamper resistant.
