Childproof locks were present on the cabinet and drawers, however, two of the locks were damaged and no longer prevented access to the items labeled "keep out of reach of children. Currently there are hooks that do not appear to be spaced far enough apart to allow for the children to place their coats on and coats not be touching. PLS discussed with Hodan placing a barrier between the hooks and to ensure that the coat hooks were moved over so that they do not impede on the play area that is located below the hooks. It may be difficult for a child to reach over the play area to be able to hang their coat or backpack.

Baseboard heater is hot to touch. It had screen on the heater but it does not keep a child from touching it. PLS touched the heater while there and it was hot. A barrier needs to be placed to ensure that the children cannot touch the baseboard heater. The PLS also observed the cable outlet above the heater was melted and was not in its normal flat state. Washer and Dryer need to inaccessible. Chipping paint on baseboards and door frames in childcare space. Outlets were oberved to be GFCI in childcare space and not tamper resistant. Need to ensure that outlets within 6 feet of water are both tamper resistant and GFCI. Ensure that shelving and play equipment is secure (kitchenette).

(Licensor will get further clarification due to the home having a seperate entrance and exit stairway) and having no access to the Family Home Care from the inside. (Temporary wood panel placed to block any access from upstairs by either tenants. 0105 (3) Licensor will get further clarification if the 4 renters need a TB test due to not having any access to the Family Home Care from inside.
