Children's cubbies need to be secured to the wall. 2 four-year-old children were observed talking and yelling loudly which made it hard to talk to the provider or hear her talk. A 7-year-old child was observed plugging his ears with his fingers during as children were running around and loudly talking. The provider reported that loud noises bother him. At mealtime, the children quietly ate, and the noise levels went down so conversations could be heard. A wall mounted TV with a cord dangling, was observed plugged into a surge protector accessible to children. The surge protectors was tucked behind the cushion of an oversized adult easy chair.
