Plastic on new equipment (red chair, play yard) is accessible to children as the applicant has not yet unwrapped these items. The play kitchen has not been secured to the wall. The bifold doors in the small room present a pinching risk to children. Sliding glass door does not have vinyl stickers on the glass to prevent children from walking unsupervised through the window. She purchased them but has not put them up yet.
