The applicant has some small toys and outlet covers in place that are less than 1 and 3/4 inch. One play pen is directly below a window. The applicant's washing machine, dryer, and refrigerator are not latched and inaccessible to children. The applicant has plugged her microwave into an outlet next to the sink. The stairway has no handrails. The heater in the bathroom becomes hot to the touch if turned on and children have access to the thermostat.
