(3)(c) There was a baby gate that was installed between two walls in the main play room that divided the room into two sections. One section has one exit door that leads to the room where the children eat/the kitchen and the other section has two exit doors. One exit door leads to the back yard and the other leads to the room where the children eat/the kitchen. Due to the baby gate, the second exit door (the one that leads to the backyard) in this play room is blocked. There was a baby gate in the entryway of the nap room that was installed into the walls. The only other exit in this room is a window. Due to the baby gate, the exit door is blocked.

Clorox wipes were observed stored on a low shelf in the hall closet. The doors were not secured, allowing children potential access to the supplies in the closet to include the hot water heater as well.
