There was a blanket in the crib of a sleeping infant. This was addressed the day of visit 6/9/27with a safe sleep violation letter signed by director and was posted for parents, verbal notification to director and in person notification of violation to office manager. Director also will go over safe sleep WAC again with all infant room teachers.
