The back wall in the kitchen area had a few loose cords. The main child care room had an accessible loose cord from a fan There was a fan in the back yard that had a loose accessible cord - staff removed during the visit.

There were plastic pugs in the outlets - Provider removed during the visit. The washer and drier in the bathroom are stackable, they are not locked. They are entrampments and accessible to the children. There are outlet in the large "infamt room" that are not TPR.
