There are several areas of climbing equipment that does not have sufficent ground cover or any ground cover: - Little Tikes climbing structure is placed directly on the ground without, hard surface - Metal tunnel with bars, metal helicopter (not sturdy), and little tikes minature climbing structure, does not have any ground cover. - Main play structure with swings and slide will need to have ground cover (wood chips) added to cover hard surface.

In the outdoor licensed space, there is a wheel/tire anchored in the ground that has a piece of broken metal with sharp edges that can caused severe cuts. - In the school-age room, ther are two furniture peices used in the dramatic play/kitchen area, the sink and pantry shelf has splintered corner and loose piece, will need to be replaced or removed. - Water temperature for the handwashing sink in the Waddler classroom was taken by licensing staff, temp mearsured at 130.2 degrees. Temp must be 120 degrees or less
