Plastic zip lock bags accessible to children in the kitchen. Two large shelves need to be secured in the downstairs area of the home. One outlet in the dining room and one in the TV room were not tamper-resistant. Dispute Description: They toys in question are all the original toys that were in my day care when I first was licensed in June. if i would have know there was a problem I would have removed before. However, It was never brought to my attention. They are now placed in buckets with lids. So the smaller children can not get to them I will be sending photos with supporting evidence.
