A drawer in the bathroom with medicated shampoo, lotions, and other personal care items was not child-locked. A cabinet in the bathroom with mouthwash and other personal care products had a lock but it was not engaged at time of visit. The provider moved the items from the drawer to the cabinet and locked the cabinet during the visit.

The front door was locked and deadbolted from the inside during the visit; it was then unlocked and rule was discussed. The sliding exit door was locked and had a bar blocking it from opening. It was then unlocked and the bar was removed. The rule was discussed.
